2. COMPILING A LIST OF APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

Preparing a list of application documents for the selected universities is a crucial step in the application process. This ensures that all necessary documents are submitted completely and in time. The list helps you understand the process and meet the specific requirements of each university. Below are the key steps and elements to consider:

General Application Documents

  • Application Form: Forms that need to be completed online or in printed format.
  • Motivation Letter: A document that outlines your personal motivations, goals, and reasons why you consider yourself suitable for the chosen programme.
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV): A detailed CV including your academic background, work experience, and extracurricular activities.
  • Certificates and Transcripts: Official school reports and certificates, as well as diploma and transcripts.

University-Specific Requirements

  • Language Certificates: Proof of language proficiency, such as ÖSD Zertifikat, TestDaF, Cambridge English, etc.
  • Recommendation Letters: Letters from teachers, professors or employers supporting your qualification.
  • Entrance Exams: Specific exams or tests required by the university.
  • Portfolio: A collection of work samples required for programmes in arts, design, or architecture.
  • Standardized Tests: Scores from tests such as the SAT, ACT, GRE, TOLC or GMAT, if required by the university.
  • Additional Documents: Documentation and evidence of extracurricular activities.

Deadlines and Timelines

We provide a clear overview of application deadlines for each university, ensuring that no deadline is missed. We create a structured plan for gathering, editing and submitting all required documents in a timely manner.
